Decades of collective expertise tying and fishing have gone into defining our exacting bucktail grading standards. 

Grade 1 - 3.5"+ length, soft fibers, great crinkle/texture, ultra fine tips. The fibers on these Grade 1 tails are longer than we recommend for the majority of Musky patterns, but they're ideal for specific uses like longer tail tie-ins on singles or upsized profiles on larger articulated flies.
