If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can email service@muskytown.com or Contact Us here. We strive to make sure our customers are happy with their experience on and off the water.


Returns
Musky Town has a 14-day 'money back' or 30-day 'exchange for store credit' policy. Only new, unused items in their original packaging (with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase, if applicable) are eligible for returns. All sales are final on discounted items.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@muskytown.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on the nature of your return, the address you ship to may be different, so please confirm with customer service before shipping. Musky Town is not liable for delays or costs caused by items shipped to the wrong address.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom offerings, discounted items, special orders, or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on flies (including Fly Club), gift cards, or electronics. Defective items and mistakes do sometimes happen. In those cases, we'll do our best to help make it right. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Manufacturer's Warranties
Some products on our site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. To obtain a copy of a manufacturer's warranty, if one is available, contact us by email. All claims under a manufacturer's warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.
